Semi-automatic Powder Coating line /Manual Powder Coating Line For Aluminum Profile

Usually, the powder coating line includes:

Pre treatment - Water Dry Off Oven - Powder Coating Booth - Cure Off Oven, Control Panels, Heating System, Lighting System, etc.

Different product have different design idea . This type manual powder line included pass type powder coating booth and top overhead rail support frame powder curing oven .It is transport products by overhead rail support frame.

Work process :

Loading the work piece on the overhead rail support go into the powder coating booth ,the worker coating the work piece , finished powder coating booth , move the work piece go into the oven directly to curing 20-30 mins . Finial , open the oven door , cooling 15 mins , pull the trolley and unloading product .

Advantage :

1. It has doors , when the worker powder coating , they can close the door , keep the work shop clean .

2.It is suitable for longer and thin work piece ,like aluminum profile and steel board etc

3. It only need 1-2 wokers to work .

4.High powder recovery efficiency .

5. When the worker move the work piece , only need move the overhead rail support .They can not touch the work piece surface . It is better for powder coating effect .

Manual /Semi-automatic powder coating line :

This model Semi-automatic /manual powder coating line include powder coating booth with overhead rail , overhead rail support frame , overhead rail support frame powder curing oven .

The work process :

1.Loading the work piece on the overhead rail of powder coating booth .

2.The worker coating the work piece at the inside of the powder coating booth .

3.Finished powder coating ,move the overhead rail support frame go into powder coating oven .

4.Push the overhead rail support frame go into the oven to heat about 20-30 mins (the time according the work piece need ) .

5. Cooling the work piece 15 pcs , unloading the work piece .

This design advantage :

1. It is suitable for longer products , look like aluminum profile ,light post,steel board etc .The length about 3-6ms .

2. It only need two worker to operate .

3.It can not miss every dead angle .

Bridge Structure Oven

Bridge structure oven has advantage in the saving energy because of its structure. Heater will be kept in the upper of the oven, and the air curtain at the both end of the oven helps to prevent the heated air from escaping.

Floor- Mounted Structure Oven

Easier space especially height needed;

Adjustable opening sizes helps to prevent the heaters escaping as most as they can.
